KuCoin Ventures to Support TON Ecosystem
The venture arm of KuCoin has joined forces with the TON Foundation to collaborate on a grant program. The specific amount of the grant has not been disclosed.
This partnership will support five projects within the TON ecosystem, with a particular focus on payments and GameFi.
The grants will also contribute to the growth and development of the Future3 Campus and TON Boot Camp, funding innovation initiatives, research and development, community-building activities, and marketing efforts.
This agreement is a reflection of KuCoin’s commitment to promoting collaboration between exchanges and public networks.
It is worth noting that in November, Web3 gaming operator Animoca Brands announced strategic investments in the TON blockchain, making it the largest validator on the network.
Additionally, on October 31, TON set a world record by processing 104,715 transactions per second.
