Binance Intends to Launch a Crypto Education Program in Argentina
Binance has partnered with Austral Campus Pilar University in Argentina to launch the first blockchain education program in the country.
The five-month course will teach students and educators about blockchain, decentralization, Web3, metaverses, and digital asset trading.
Luis Dambra, Dean of the University’s Faculty of Business Sciences, said that the collaboration “recognizes the importance and potential of coordinated work between industry and education to connect our graduates to the business world and provide innovative solutions to today’s problems.”
Maximiliano Hinz, Binance South America’s Representative, mentioned that providing affordable education to society for the progress of the blockchain and Web3 technologies is a necessity.
He has added:
“Latin America has great potential as an international cryptocurrency hub, and we are delighted to contribute to it.”
This comes after Binance revealed plans in April to extend its services in inflation-hit Argentina, allowing users to buy and sell digital assets directly with their local pesos.
