Beeple NFT Artist’s Discord Server is Hit by Phishing Attack

Artist Mike Winkelmann (Beeple) has reported a URL hack to his official Discord server. Upon clicking, users were redirected to a fraudulent channel. He has warned:
“Do not go into this Discord and do not verify, it will empty your wallet!”
A few hours before his message, suspicious activity with the artist’s official channel was noticed by a user named maxnaut.eth. He reached out to Winkelmann on Twitter and said that on the OpenSea marketplace, his BEEPLE: EVERYDAYS – THE 2020 COLLECTION NFT collection has a link to the Discord scammers attached to it.
According to the posted screenshot, users were asked to confirm their account through the bot, but the actions led to the emptying of the CollabLand wallet.
