Crypto exchange OKX has expanded its operations to Europe by launching an exchange platform and non-custodial wallet service in Belgium. This recent development allows customers in Belgium to access OKX’s comprehensive crypto trading services, including spot and futures trading.

The company made the announcement on November 26th, revealing that the OKX Exchange and OKX Wallets are now available for users in Belgium, with the option to deposit funds in euros. This platform offers over 200 cryptocurrencies for trading, with 60 of them paired with the euro.

Through a partnership with Bancontact, the leading online payment organization in Belgium, OKX users in the country can immediately deposit funds into their accounts.

In addition, OKX has enabled deposits and withdrawals through the widely used digital payment system, Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). Erald Ghoos, OKX’s general manager of Europe, stated that the company does not have direct regulatory approval from Belgian authorities, but operates with a “non-rejection” status for its activities in the country.
