Poland Issues Warning on Crypto.com

Polish financial regulators have released a public warning about Foris DAX MT, a Crypto.com brand operating out of Malta.
The alert advises investors to be cautious of potential unauthorized financial services provided by the company.
The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) is closely monitoring DAX MT’s operations in the country and has added Crypto.com to a list of flagged companies under its oversight.
Concerns raised by the KNF are directed towards Foris DAX MT, as the company may not have the appropriate licenses to offer financial services in Poland.
A representative from KNF stated that according to Polish law, entities must be licensed to provide brokerage or investment services.
