Indonesian Crypto Exchange Indodax Loses $15M Following an Attack

Indonesian cryptocurrency exchange Indodax has been impacted by an exploit that has resulted in losses of approximately $15.7 million.
According to PeckShield’s report on X, there have been large amounts of cryptocurrency worth this amount leaving Indodax.
Cyvers Alerts also reported that their system has identified multiple suspicious transactions involving Indodax’s wallets on various networks.
The address in question currently holds $14.4 million and is exchanging tokens for Ether, according to Cyvers.
Further information from PeckShield reveals that approximately 5,204 ETH is located on an Ethereum address, along with 6.8 million POL on Polygon and 380 ETH on Optimism.
