The Open Network’s Value Crosses $300M
The total value held on The Open Network blockchain has reached a milestone of $300 million, representing an impressive tenfold increase from its value in early March.
This surge in locked value can be attributed to the ongoing ecosystem initiative, The Open League, which rewards users of TON’s top decentralized applications. According to data from DeFiLlama, the network’s TVL has skyrocketed from $23 million in March to its current $315 million.
This growth has been largely driven by popular decentralized exchanges like Ston.fi and Dedust, as well as projects focusing on liquid staking, such as Tonstakers and bemo.
The recent success can also be attributed to the network’s ability to handle a high volume of transactions without experiencing outages, increased fees, or processing delays.
This was demonstrated during the token generation event for Notcoin, a viral clicker game created as a Telegram Mini App, which attracted 1 million wallets to the network.
