Kraken Resumes Staking Services in US

Following a shift in the US regulatory landscape, Kraken is taking advantage of the opportunity by reintroducing on-chain staking services for its American customers.
This is a significant comeback after facing regulatory pressure, which led to the suspension of staking services in 2023.
With 17 staking options available, including popular assets such as Ethereum and Solana, the move by Kraken is a promising sign for increased crypto participation in the US market. Kraken’s staking services will be accessible through Kraken Pro platform to customers in 39 US states and territories.
The platform offers bonded staking, where users lock their tokens for a specific period to help secure blockchain networks and receive rewards in return.
