Arkham Intelligence Unveils Plans to Launch a Derivatives Exchange
Arkham Intelligence Inc., a company specializing in blockchain data, plans to launch a new cryptocurrency derivatives exchange in November 2024.
In response to this announcement, the company’s token, ARKM, saw a 16% increase in value today. The company is relocating its business operations from London and New York to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, where the exchange will be headquartered.
According to sources at Bloomberg, the upcoming platform will cater to retail investors but will not be available to those located in the United States.
Arkham is also in the process of obtaining a free-trade zone license in the Dominican Republic, which would provide various tax benefits for its business.
Additionally, Bloomberg reported that the company is seeking to raise $100 million from investors in the Middle East to further expand its operations.
