GBTC Records Lowest Outflows
The Grayscale Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) has experienced its third consecutive day of decreasing net outflows on Feb. 26, marking a record low of $22.4 million. This coincides with an overall two-week high in net inflows for ETFs.
According to data from Farside Investor, the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) had three consecutive days of declining net outflows on Feb. 22, 23, and 26. The week ended with a daily net outflow of $44.2 million, which further decreased on Feb. 26.
However, despite this positive trend, Grayscale has seen 31 straight days of outflows since it converted to an ETF on Jan. 11, losing a total of $7.47 billion.
Blockstream CEO Adam Back shared on social media platform X on Feb 26 that he is eagerly waiting for the day when GBTC will show an inflow instead of an outflow.
