Worldcoin Token Soars by 20% In Few Hours
On November 13, the value of WLD, the native coin of Sam Altman’s Worldcoin (WLD) project, experienced a rapid increase from $1.87 to $2.26, representing a 20% surge in just a few hours.
The surge is shown to be accompanied by a significant rise in trading volume according to a graph analysis.
However, despite reaching the border of the overbought zone, the relative strength index did not surpass it.
Market capitalization for WLD also experienced a boost, increasing $26 million from $215 million to $241 million as reported by CoinGecko.
During this period of growth, the daily trading volume also reached a high of $76.6 million.
Interestingly, WLD remained unaffected by the stagnant market performance of other leading assets, which largely remained unchanged in price during the same 24-hour period.
This sharp increase in value could possibly be attributed to the recent addition of Asian language support within the project, including Korean, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, and Japanese.
