Binance has announced that it is now accepting registrations and allowing access to its services for users from Belgium, following a three-month period of difficulty with the local regulatory body.

“We are delighted to welcome new registrations from residents of Belgium to our platform,” Binance stated.

In order to utilize the platform’s products, customers must agree to the Terms of Use.

However, the statement did not explain the changes that were implemented to resume services for Belgian citizens.

In June of 2023, the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority ordered Binance to cease offering digital asset services in the country immediately.

This was due to the exchange’s provision of services from non-EEA countries. However, at the end of August, Binance announced its plans to continue serving Belgian clients through its Polish division.
