Former NBA Star Shaquille O’Neal Disputes Service of Subpoena in FTX Case

Lawyers from Moskowitz recently revealed in court that they threw a subpoena into Shaquille O’Neal’s car when they spotted him leaving his home in Atlanta.

O’Neill’s lawyers countered that this act was inadequate and asked for the lawsuit against him to be dismissed.

However, Moskowitz confirmed that they served O’Neal with the document personally.

The NBA star is one of several celebrities who have been charged in relation to advertisements for the failed FTX.

Meanwhile, the lawyers of Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of FTX, are asking the court to drop most charges before the main trial begins, excluding those related to conspiracy to commit securities, commodities, and money laundering fraud.
