Google Cloud Teams Up with Polygon
A partnership has been formed between the Polygon project and Google Cloud platform with the goal of promoting the adoption of Polygon’s key protocols in enterprise infrastructure and tools, as well as enhancing bandwidth for DeFi, gaming, and supply chain use cases.
According to Brendan Farmer, co-founder of Polygon Labs, Google Cloud’s infrastructure will aid in the scaling of technology to keep up with growing demand, ensuring fast transactions and low fees.
Additionally, the integration will streamline the deployment process of the Polygon Supernets, and support will be given to zkEVM, an Ethereum scaling solution that uses zero-knowledge proofs.
Polygon developers believe that utilizing Google Cloud’s Blockchain Node Engine will simplify the development and launch of decentralized applications while the tech giant’s startup development program will promote innovation in the Web3 space.
