Cryptocurrency exchange platform Oasis has recently confiscated assets stolen as part of the Wormhole hack. The Wormhole hack was reportedly one of the largest hacks of its kind, with more than $400 million worth of digital assets stolen from multiple exchanges.

The incident took place in late April when hackers infiltrated the Wormhole smart contract platform and exploited it to steal tokens from multiple exchanges, including Oasis. Oasis then launched an investigation into the incident and managed to track down the stolen assets and freeze them in order to prevent any further losses.

The Oasis team has since returned the stolen assets to their rightful owners. This move has been praised by the cryptocurrency community, who commended Oasis for their swift response to the incident.

Furthermore, Oasis has also released a statement detailing the steps they took to ensure the safety of their users.
