Binance Might Terminate Relationships with US Business Partners
Binance Holdings is studying the possibility of terminating relationships with US business partners amid increased pressure from local regulators.
According to Bloomberg, Changpeng Zhao, the CEO of the exchange, has said he was exploring options to stop working “with US banks and service firms.”
According to the publication, independent of the global platform, Binance.US has no plans to leave the US. However, the division will allegedly reconsider venture investments and the possibility of delisting tokens based in the country projects.
Zhao has denied the claim and called for “fake news to be ignored.”
He has also added that, for now, Binance “has turned down some potential investments or applications for bankrupt companies in the United States.”
