Binance CEO Suggests Crypto Exchange FTX Paid $43M for FUD Campaign Against Binance

Changpeng Zhao, CEO of cryptocurrency exchange Binance, has suggested during the AMA session on Twitter that several unnamed media outlets received $43 million from FTX for publishing a negative article about Binance.
According to him, he is not worried about “shortists” who seek to generate negative news to improve trading performance, and crypt skeptics like Peter Schiff who “do not understand the industry.”
CZ claims that FTX actually funded FUD coverage of the Binance situation.
Although he has admitted that he does not expect such campaigns to stop, he hopes this will not cause much concern in the future and has praised people’s ability to “come to their own judgment” without reacting to clickbait.
