Bitfinex Releases Information About Exchange’s Reserves

Bitfinex‘s chief technology officer Paolo Ardoino has shared information about the balances of hot and cold wallets of the exchange. According to the information, the estimated value of the platform’s reserves exceeded $5 billion.
According to him, we can find the following assets in the company’s reserves: 204,338 BTC, 2,018.5 L-BTC, about 1,000 BTC on the Lightning Network and 1,225,600 ETH.
Bitfinex’s CTO has also recalled the open source Antani library created by the exchange in 2018 to revive the project to allow users to check their balances.
Huobi has previously said it has $3.5 billion worth of assets in its hot and cold wallets.
