Crypto broker Voyager Digital will start on September 13 an auction for the sale of assets among a qualified circle of participants as part of the restructuring process.
According to the company, the results will be summed up on September 20.
The auction will be attended by those who have submitted relevant applications before September 6.
Offers may vary across different bankruptcy solutions in terms of the amount of funds or the level of reorganization assistance.
Voyager Digital Legal Counsel will approve the application that it deems most valuable to clients and lenders.
According to the August 4 presentation, 22 firms are interested in the auction, including Binance and FTX.
