Kyber Network Compensates Users for $265,000 Stolen During Recent Hack

The team developers behind Kyber Network has eliminated the attack vector on the KyberSwap DEX and compensated users for the damage with 265,000 USDC.
According to them:
“The attack was neutralized on the afternoon of September 1, 2022 at 16:34 (GMT +7). The attack vector was successfully identified and eliminated on September 4, 2022.”
The incident reportedly affected two addresses. One of them was fully compensated for the damage.
Kyber Network has said:
“The second wallet granted approval to the malicious script and successfully revoked it before losing any funds.”
Hackers hacked last September 1 the external interface of KyberSwap at the frontend level.
